2019 Regional EDA University Showcase
In July 2019 the joint Purdue-Ball State EDA University Center hosted the 2019 Regional EDA University Showcase, an opportunity for EDA University Research Centers to come together and share the work they are doing. Key topics included Workforce/Talent Development and Retention, Economic Diversification Strategies, Local Government Support for Regional Initiatives, Opportunity Zones, Key Concepts in Community Economic Development, Broadband Access & Adoption. and The Role of University Centers in Supporting Economic Development Districts/Regional Development Organizations.
